I always use my million dollar story to leverage first specific aspects of my target market’s pain before I tell them about what my products and services will do for them.

5.   How often do you do a value review with your target market that involves open-ended questions that demand more than a ‘yes/no’ answer?

Never.

Sometimes but I am really not sure how to create the most effective questionnaires to elicit from my ideal clients exactly what they want.

I frequently use open-ended questions to ensure before I create my next program and service that I am providing exactly what my target market wants.

I always use open-ended questions to ensure there is a product to ‘market want’ match and I ensure I get the most from my questionnaire by associating this within a strong curriculum continuity program.

6.   Describe your system of value analysis to ensure that you are unique in the market place and at the same time providing exactly what your target market wants with your programs and services.

My system is based on my opinions of what should change.

Never.

I sometimes attempt to influence buying decisions by creating a baseline for my optimum clients from which to make intelligent decisions about buying criteria.

I usually use my knowledge of what sets me apart from my competitors to create an assessment instrument that educates my target market.

I always use an assessment instrument that rates key criteria in the form of a defined rubric (rating scale) that allows my target market to self reflect and rate themselves on the key criteria that sets forth the key differences with my products.

Never.

I find that I do not have time to sit down and clearly think thru a curriculum continuity program let alone make curriculum updates.

I create curriculum and make curriculum updates on the fly whenever I get a free moment, usually in the office between emailing and answering the phone.

I have never aligned a high end program and service with a lead program before.

I have not created a system that logically brings clients into the next programs off my lead program. I do this strictly by gut feeling.

I have a well thought out lead generator that naturally leads my ideal clients to their next logical decision.

I have created a defined continuity program that systematically brings clients thru a clear differentiated curriculum where the focus becomes more centered on the gaps around specific skills (not knowledge) that exist from the previous program.
